In 2008 SCoNE again had a full season of Saturday night races at Legion with 5 additional point races at Canaan and a total of 17 drivers registered.
There were 7 feature winners with Mark Cole winning 4 times,
Clay Dow and Shawn Lawler winning 3 times and
Mike Hamilton, Mike Kondrat and Donny Sharp Jr. each winning twice.

In 2009 SCoNE has 17 drivers registered to date.
Included in this total are SCoNE driver/spokesperson “Iron” Mike Kondrat,
past champions Mark “King” Cole and Shawn Lawler,
defending points champion Chad Dow,
and three time Empire Super Sprints feature winner Donny Sharp, Jr.

SCoNE has a preliminary race card of 6 Friday night races at
Canaan Dirt Speedway and an additional 2 races at Bear Ridge Speedway.
There is also the possibility of additional races at the
“under new management” Legion Speedway. 

SCoNE also hopes to see a revival of the “Winged Weekend” in the fall.
This weekend would be similar to the one run in 2004 with winged cars from SCoNE, Granite State Mini Sprints (GSMS)http://www.granitestateminisprint.org/, Whip Cityhttp://www.whipcityspeedway.com/, NEW York Modified Midgets (NYMM), Empire Super Sprints (ESS), http://www.empiresupersprints.com/, and the Capitol Region Sprint Association (CRSA) http://www.crsasprintcars.com/to name a few.
